Therapy. Every clinician at Rockwell Health Center is licensed by New York state and is qualified to diagnose and treat mental health conditions. Sessions are documented in your medical record. Your insurance is billed.
Most patients pay a copay between $0 and $50, depending on their insurance plan. Rockwell verifies your benefits before your first appointment and tells you the exact number. There are no surprise charges.
Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, Emblem Health, Empire BCBS, Medicare, UnitedHealthcare, UnitedHealthcare Oxford, and over 200 additional plans. If you don't see your plan, call Rockwell directly and they'll check.
Rockwell offers self-pay rates. Call either location and ask. Some patients also qualify for sliding-scale options.
Yes. Telehealth is available from anywhere in New York state. You'll get a secure video link by email before your session.
We're the front door. We don't provide therapy on this page, and we don't see what you talk about in your sessions. Rockwell Health Center delivers and manages all clinical care.
Most patients see a Rockwell therapist within one to two weeks. If you need to be seen sooner, mention that on the intake form or on the phone and they'll prioritize you.
